In April 2022 I had a heart attack and a triple coronary artery bypass graft.

Thanks to research done by the British Heart Foundation and the  amazing team at Harefield Hospital a little over a year later I completed the London to Brighton bike ride (made it up Ditchling Beacon too!). 

The BHF fund around £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them.
