Story
Theo lost his sight three years ago after major brain surgery to remove a brain tumour from his optical nerve, he was only 9 at the time and when he woke up from the operation he had lost his sight in both eyes.
In July 2019 Theo had another brain operation to reduce the size of the tumour as it has started to grow again. Before the second operation could go ahead they needed to carry out a further MRI scan where they have found a second tumour.
Although he is going through all this he is still looking at ways raise money to name as many guide dogs as he can.
He is doing a series of running challenges, tandem bike rides, craft fairs and collections at the local CoOp in order to raise money for the guide dogs.
Every penny you donate gives a great boost to his confidence, and is a testimony to his determination not to let what has happened to him, hold him back from achieving his goals.
By sponsoring Theo you would not only be showing your support to a vital charity for those with visual impairment but you would also be helping Theo achieve a very important mile stone in his recovery.
