So, it has finally come around again!

The 2011 Great South Run is looming and this year I am running for the British Heart Foundation on behalf of Dad.

5 operations, a state of the art pace-maker, some fantastic support from Mum and the family, has seen Dad keeping us all on our toes and makes us all realise just how precious life is.

SO if you want to see me pounding the streets of Portsmouth once again - feel free to donate a small amount to help out.
