The fantastic 'Daft as a Brush' transport service for cancer patients is currently only available in the North East & Cumbria, your donation will help make it available nationwide.

Instructions

David's Daft as a Brush Christmas Pudding

Is very low in added sugar with honey & fresh organic apples giving it sweetness. Made with 12 year old Pedro Ximénez (hem-enez) sherry, a full-bodied pudding wine and slowly steamed for 3 hours, by the kind kitchen staff at The King Edward VI School, Morpeth. 

To Reheat:  Steaming (recommended) on medium heat:

Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care, provides a free transport service to and from the Freeman/RVI Hospitals for outpatients undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy treatment – some from as far afield as the Scottish Borders, North Yorkshire and West Cumbria.
