Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On December 14th 2013, Garry Hutchings announced to the world that he was "starting a new adventure" having been diagnosed with Leukaemia. Garry is one of those "strong as an ox" guys who is always looking out for everyone else. True to form, his main concern was that his friends shouldn't worry and that some good must come from the situation.
Team Hutch was set up by Garry's family and fundraising is ongoing.
I'm glad to say Garry is currently doing well.
On Saturday, August 16th, at Garry's request, I shall be pulling on some trail shoes and dragging my weary bones over approximately 13 miles of muddy, hilly terrain complete with wall climbs, barbed wire and tunnel crawls, electric shocks and an ice bath in an attempt to help raise some funds.
I'm not sure my knees are going to thank me as they are yet to recover from my last escapade at the start of August which was going to be my fundraiser for the year.
If you have any cash you can donate, I would ask you to please give generously. Without organisations like Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, people like Garry would have a very bleak future.
Thanks
