Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you are visiting this page you may well have met my mother Mary B Grashoff. She is a sprightly 96 year old that has suffered from dementia for 14 years. For eight years we cared for her at home with the help of some wonderful carers such as Una Garvey. Four years ago we moved mum to the Evelyn Wright care home. There is a wonderful caring enviroment and Mum is content - certainly happier than living next to me.
I am again running the Silverstone half and have promised mum i will beat last years time and hope to break 2 hours. My target is to come in the first 10 in my age group.
The Alzheimer's society has been wonderfully supportive to us and so please dig deep and donate now.
