Hi! What better way to spend a July afternoon... dangling on a rope from a really tall tower in Portsmouth!

This is what I will be doing in order to support Chestnut Tree House, a wonderful charity that myself and my Delta team will be supporting passionately this year.

Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care services and community support for children and young people with progressive life-shortening conditions throughout East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and South East Hampshire.

It currently costs over £4 million each year to provide all the care services offered by Chestnut Tree House. Families are never charged for their care and less than 6p in every pound is funded by the government, so they rely heavily on the generosity, help and support of the people of Sussex.

I think we can all appreciate that this year has meant tough times for a lot of people and I get that. It's also been tough for charities such as Chestnut Tree House as donations have dropped but yet the costs of running this fantastic place still need to be met. If you can't donate then please do spread the word by sharing this page as much as possible! I would really appreciate it!
