I have been going to touchbase Glasgow (sense scotland)  for 8 months now , it  is a day centre  and they have helped me in so many ways. They have given me confidence to go out in the community and also I have made many friends.and have so much fun,  i play lot's of sport's  Activities  which i love to do and The staff are fantastic and help me understand every day life.
