On Sunday 2nd September 2012 I will be taking part in the Tŷ Hafan Taff Trail Cycle Challenge which will involve cycling the length of the beautifully scenic Taff Trail from the beautiful market town of Brecon to The Roald Dahl Plas in Cardiff Bay a distance of 55 miles, to raise funds for Tŷ Hafan.
