Story

I am taking part in the 37 Moments for Mental Health challenge, to mark World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020.

I am very proud to work for Ethicon who are part of the Johnson and Johnson family. They are an incredible organisation that focus on healthcare for everyone and as a company we are supporting Mental Health UK during October as it is when World Mental health day.

Some will know that I have struggled with my mental health over the last couple of years, so I know just how important support is during this difficult time.  The timing of this challenge is also important to me as I finished 12 months of CBT last week.

For the next 37 days I will be completing 37 reps of 10 exercises (370 reps) every day to signify the 370,000 people the NHS commits to reaching who are facing challenges with their mental health in the hope that some of you kind souls may sponsor me so others can receive the help that I have.

If you can support, thank you so much, if you can't don't worry xxx.
