I have set myself a new goal to run the Belfast half marathon. I have never ran any form of long distances before beginning training so this is a huge personal challenge for me which I am looking forward to completing.

I would like to use this as an opportunity to raise money for a great cause which is very close to my heart - the fight against men's cancer. All sponsorship money raised will be going to the Cancer Focus NI Men's Health Campaign. This campaign aims to raise awareness of men's cancer and reducing men's risk of developing cancer in later life, particularly the three biggest cancer killers for men - lung, bowel and prostate.
