This is a team cycle covering the first stage of the Tour de France. There is another site set up called Tour De Force that I intend on linking with · 21 June 2014

NPUK is dedicated to making a positive difference to the lives of people affected by Niemann-Pick diseases and their families. Our vision is a world where those affected can meaningfully participate in society, reach their full potential and achieve the best possible quality of life.

Story

This summer the roads of Yorkshire will be resplendent with the physiques of elite, lycra-clad athletes........and then 2 weeks later, Le tour de france starts.

That’s right Le tour de force is taking on all 118 very hilly miles of the Grand Depart.

We are raising money for Niemann-Pick UK, a charity that cares, supports and funds research for individuals affected by this group of ultra-rare diseases.

The official ‘tour de force’ mascot and inspiration, Sam Evans, is not only the Bradley Wiggins of the tricycle world, but has Niemann-Pick type C a truly devastating disease.

Dig deep for the fatigued, past their prime, tour de force team,
