Story
Ar Ebrill 18fed, bydd Rhythwyn Evans Tan y Graig, Silian, ger Llanbed, yn dathlu ei ben-blwydd yn 91 oed. Flwyddyn yn ôl, cafodd ddiwrnod bythgofiadwy wrth i nifer fawr o deulu, cymdogion a ffrindiau ymuno ag e i ddathlu carreg filltir arbennig iawn. Yn amlwg, nid yw hyn y bosib eleni, ac i nodi ei ben-blwydd yn 91 hoffai wneud rhywbeth a fydd yn elwa’r gymuned.
Wedi ei ysbrydoli gan Gapten Tom Moore, mae wedi gosod her bersonol i gerdded o amgylch ei gartref 91 o weithiau mewn 1 diwrnod, er mwyn helpu i guro’r epidemig COVID-19.
Hoffai Rhythwyn gefnogi ei fwrdd iechyd leol, sef Hywel Dda, a hynny fel arwydd o ddiolch am waith arbennig y gweithwyr o fewn y maes. Mae'r arian yma yn mynd at Apel Hywel Dda Covid-19, sy'n cael ei drefnu gan Elusennau Iechyd Hywel Dda. Bydd pob ceiniog yn cael ei gwario ar gefnogi lles staff a gwrifoddolwyr yr NHS sy'n gofalu am gleifion COVID-19.
Felly, os ydych yn dymuno cefnogi’r achos teilwng hwn, a hynny mewn adeg o wir angen, mae croeso i chi wneud hynny drwy’r dudalen hon. Llawer iawn o ddiolch am eich diddordeb a’ch cefnogaeth, a chadwch yn ddiogel.
---------------
On April 18th, Rhythwyn Evans, Tan y Graig, Silian, near Lampeter, will celebrate his 91st birthday. He had an unforgettable day last year as family, neighbours and friends came along to celebrate a very special milestone. Things are different this year, and so, to mark his 91st birthday he would like to give something back to the community.
Inspired by, and in solidarity with Captain Tom Moore, he has set a personal challenge to walk around his home 91 times in 1 day, to help beat the COVID-19 epidemic.
Rhythwyn would like to support his local health board, Hywel Dda, to show his gratitude for the outstanding work of the workers in these extremely challenging times. The money raised is going to the Hywel Dda NHS COVID-19 Appeal, organised by Hywel Dda Health Charities. Every penny you donate will be directed to support the welfare and wellbeing of our NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients.
If you would like to support this very worthy cause, feel free to do so through this page. Many thanks for your interest and support, and stay safe.
