On 4th September I'm setting off with a team of riders to cycle 1,000 miles around Britain, starting and finishing in London  and visiting Cardiff, Liverpool and Edinburgh on the way.  This will require us to cover about 110 miles a day or 175 kms.  

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm raising money for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity who have been providing lifelong support to our Forces and their families since 1885. Last year our teams of volunteers and employees helped more than 85,000 people in need, from Second World War veterans to young men and women who have served in more recent conflicts, and their families.

I've recently seen first hand the incredible work that SSAFA do as a volunteer mentor to service leavers who need help in their transition to civilian life.  I can honestly say that every pound you donate will be very well spent and will make a genuine difference to peoples' lives.
