Hospices of Hope is a UK-registered charity and started pioneering hospice services in 1992 beginning in the Romanian region of Transylvania in the City of Brasov. Our in-patient hospice in Brasov and our home care team in Bucharest provide free palliative care services to adults and children who are terminally ill in Romania. Our current appeal is to build an in-patient teaching hospice in Bucharest (similar to the one in Brasov) so we can better the level of care we currently give to our patients.
