On 20 August our team of SIA Superheroes at taking on the Superhero Triathlon to help people affected by spinal cord injury to live fulfilled lives.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in my first triathlon. Albeit an adapted one, on the 20th Aug 2022. 

I will be doing a 750m swim, 5k push and 20k cycle. The swim will be the toughest part as I haven't done much swimming since I was injured in 2015 resulting in my T6 complete spinal cord injury.
