In May during lockdown I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. This came as a shock and I would like to thank all NHS staff for continuing to provide essential care throughout the Covid 19 crisis to those like myself in need. I'm fortunate. My cancer has been caught early and is treatable.

In advance of surgery, over the months of July, August and September, I will complete 900 miles on my bike for cancer charity Prostate Scotland. Please encourage me by supporting such a worthwhile charity.
