In a mad moment I have signed up to do a 100km (66 miles or so) cycle ride around the Suffolk hills accompanied by my wife Tracy.  It will be a tough ride, but I am hoping to raise funds for Alzheimer's Society to support their work with people suffering from dementia and support for their families.

I have included a picture taken on a recent training session, outside a famous Suffolk landmark that I managed to cycle to.
