i am participating in the FFS Stand Up to Cancer Fitness Challenge, with my daughters Amy and Grace.  Together with the FFS team we are trying to raise a total of €50,000 for the Irish Cancer Society.  Our total is €500.

With Amy and Grace's support I'm going to try and do 150 burpees, 400 squats and 400 sit ups, in half an hour.  I will then try and row 6.5km in half an hour.
