I am taking part in the Ride London-Essex 100 challenge – a unique opportunity to ride 100 miles on traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring Essex.

Two years ago, our daughter Aoife was diagnosed with Childhood Absence Epilepsy. We reached out to Epilepsy Society to try to understand more about this condition and received a huge amount of support and advice. 

Since this diagnosis, through talking to friends, we have come to realise that we know many other families who are effected with epilepsy in different forms and just how common it is.

Epilepsy Society is a local charity who need funds to continue to support other families like ourselves. 

Please help me raise some much needed funds for this wonderful charity.
