Our fundraising cricket match is designed to support young people living with disability: these youngsters are largely misunderstood and stigmatised. Many are hidden away or abandoned, and very few are able to access education and training.

Rwanda Aid plans to run a pilot scheme designed to support the inclusion of these children in their homes, in school and in the community and workplace. We are calling the centre from which we will operate the Alivera
Centre, in memory of a lovely girl who lost her life to epilepsy and neglect.

If we are able to raise £10 000 we will be able to build and equip a workshop in our new village for these young people. It will be led by Fidele who is training to make shoes. Please help us to reach our target.
