This will be difficult, it will be a hard slog but I am determined to prove that these things are possible - for even someone that enjoys a beer or two! 

Some of you will know that I lost my Dad last year to heart disease, he was the life and soul to many a conversation. 

Greatly missed, but hugely proud.
