We fund research and raise awareness to create a world free from meningitis

Story

Our daughter Lynsey Croasdell (Canham) married Matthew and has 2 smashing boys.

In 2017 Matthew lost his wife of 3 years

Vinnie and Frankie lost their Mummy so soon in their lives - ages 1 year and new born.

Dawn and I lost our youngest daughter

Davina and Leanne lost their "Little Egg" baby sister

Jude Bear lost his Auntie Lynsey.

Matthew is doing a brilliant job of bringing up the boys on his own. He is a wonderful dad and we are very proud of him

This disease is a killer that bestows a life sentence on others - not upon the guilty one - MENINGITIS itself -  nor does it limit itself to young children

We have our memories. Inwardly, nothing repairs the heartbreak.

We will continue to support Meningitis Research Foundation so that this killer can be brought down. It kills indiscriminately

This September I shall again run the Great North Half Marathon for the third time.

Please help me along my 13.1 miles by donating however much you can - in memory of Lynsey (Loupops) - Wife Mummy Daughter Sister Auntie - 31 years old.

Thank you

Meningitis is deadly; killing and seriously disabling in hours. Small children and young adults are high risk, but all ages can be affected. Globally 1,000 people die daily. We fundraise to invest in research, campaign for vaccines, provide symptom information and support those already affected.
