Story

I have got lucky and have managed to get a place for April’s race, so I’ll be running the London marathon in memory of my Dad, Andy Brown and to raise money for MNDA, a most worthwhile cause.

As many of you know, Dad was diagnosed with MND in the summer of 2016. Throughout the illness, Dad battled the disease with dignity and courage, losing his life in December 2017.

My family and I have been overwhelmed by the generosity and support received by family and friends. Now it’s my turn to show my thanks and do something to help those affected by MND.

My target is £2,500 and if I manage to reach this goal through donations, I will match it myself. Hopefully there are lots of you out there hoping to make my wallet get a little lighter!

I feel like I may be a little pushed for time, so should probably get training! Many thanks for visiting this page, your support and for your valuable donations.
