Whilst 10k might be a breeze to some folk, we tested our ability on a 5k run on the seafront just after our photo and couldn't move the next day - such is our naivety!

We really want to raise as many funds for Impetus as we can.  The charity helps vulnerable adults in Brighton in so many ways.  The main reason we are doing this is to help combat loneliness in the elderly population.  There are so many people that go weeks without seeing someone and the charity helps engage these lonely people with volunteers regularly seeing them.  The charity cannot do it without funding.

If for nothing else you'd be paying to see Brian and Will go through a little pain but more importantly helping some of our most vulnerable people get the social interaction and service they need.
