Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I entered 3 triathlons on the 16, 31st August and 13 September 2009.   All "sprint" triathlons,  typically 400mtr swim, 16km bike ride and 5km run.

Originally I was going to enter one then decided that I would like to do something for Myeloma UK,   a cancer charity specifically concerned with Myeloma,  a cancer of the blood plasma. Currently there is no known cure.

As many of you know my mother has this cancer.

I completed all 3 events and thoroughly enjoyed the events,   I will now continue my efforts in 2010 trying to compete in run races, moutain bike events, cycle time trails and triathlons.  I just need to make it through the winter season!

Thank you to everyone for their support and belief in me!  please continue to give :)
