Story
Thank you for visiting my JustGiving Page in memory of Pam Cook.
This summer, a close friend of mine lost his mum after a brave fight against illness. The charity of her choice was The Royal Free Liver Patients Support Group. In the year 2000, Pam's liver failed randomly and therefore she needed a transplant. Because of the great work the Royal Free Liver Pateints Support Group do, Pam had an extra 15 years to spend with her friends and family.
On Sunday 27th September, I will be raising money for the charity by running the Ealing half marathon. Those of you who know me will know how I do like to run! However, my legs and knees are not what they once were, and the half marathon will be a real challenge this year. Therefore it would be wonderful if you could dig deep and donate some money towards a great cause and in memory of someone special. No amount is too little and anything you can spare will make a real difference to patients.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Just so you are aware, even though the charity on this page is The Royal Free Charity, I have been assured that all money donated will go specifically to the Liver Patients Support Group.
Thank you for your support
