For those that don't know, I started running exactly a year ago & very quickly got the bug. Running was the catalyst for a moderate lifestyle change & now gives me the same buzz I enjoyed from playing football as a 'younger man'. I'd really recommend it for anyone, regardless of your sporting ability.

I'm running the Great Cumberland Run, on 7th October, followed by the Preston Guild Marathon on 28th October. Feel free to come along and cheer all the runners taking part.
