I've never done anything like this before except a new mini bus in school but this year i've decided to do something for charity but before anyone gets their hopes up i aint jumping out of perfectly good aeroplane to make money just something simple and try lose weight.

for those who know me i've always being big so i've set myself a target in this calender year of losing 3 stone sounds easy but it can be as easy as i make it. and what better way of doing it but not just for me but for people far far worse off than ourselfs all money rasied goes directly to the douglas macmilian cancer hospice on blurton road.

its said 1 in 3 people know of or knew of someone to have cancer and up till 2 months ago i was one of the 2 but i was told a ex  girlfriend of some 13/14 years ago has cancer within her kidneys and other body parts so know i'm one of the 1 and the hospice needs apx £10,000 just to run for half a day and the work they do there is second to none so please help me to help others and maybe help me when i'm feeling down to coin a phrase EVERY LITTLE HELPS!
