I am running the famous British London 10K Run in central London on 10th July in support of a charity which is very close to my heart - the Lymphoma Association, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary of support for victims of this very common form of cancer.  I ran my first 10k for 20 years last September in 52 mins and aim to get sub 50 this year, so will have to put in alot of effort, but really think it's worth it for this cause.  You will notice from my photo on the left that I am already looking well fit, lush and Olympian!
