I hate writing this bit, about why I am doing it, and why if you have some spare cash it would be great to give a couple of quid to Cancer Research.

 

Basically, it’s a walk I have fancied doing for some time as a personnel challenge.  It is a 16-mile hike along the South Coast, of course it is not the flattest area, but that is all part of it. 

 

So if you fancy giving a few quid to Cancer research and are happy to use my sore feet and legs as a good excuse, please do so.
