Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am a Puppy Walker for Guide Dogs. And have just finished with my fist Puppy. Called Naylor. (Pictured above)
He has just gone off to start his first stage of Trainingin Essex.
So want to help raise as much money as i can to help with his training.
This is an exciting year for Guide Dogs as we celebrate our 80th anniversary of guide dog partnerships. 1931 saw our first guide dog partnership, and since the first four guide dog units were trained in Wallasey Cheshire, we have enabled thousands of blind and partially sighted people to get around independently, through guide dog partnerships. Find out more about the history of Guide Dogs.
Guide Dogs provide mobility and freedom to blind and partially sighted people. Also campaign for the rights of people with visual impairment, educate the public about eye care and fund eye disease research.
Your donation will also deliver confidence-building rehabilitation services to adults, young people and children - including long cane mobility training and communication and daily living skills.
Ever wondered what it takes to train a guide dog? The answer is time, money – and a lot of dedication.
It costs £50,000 to train a guide dog throughout its working life. See our Amazing journeys video for the rich rewards your donations bring.
