With ride London done last year and helping raise money for Mind. This year I have upped the ante and will be doing ride London as well as duathlons and triathlons ( never done a triathlon before) 

This year I’m raising money for Alztheimer's research something close to us all. With my  job as a chef in private health care I see 1st hand how dementia affects people in their day to day life. 

 I am sure we all know someone or have relatives who have suffered 85,000 people live with dementia in the uk dementia research costs £24 billion pounds to uk economy

£20 could fund one hour of research, £50 could provide specialist equipment, £120 could support complex protein analysis, £300 could pay for genetic tests to help identify risk genes

please help me to raise funds for future research by making a small donation you could be helping the future generation
