This weekend I am tackling the Woodbridge 10K and hope to get close to completing the 10K in around 50 minutes. As you know I have recently passed my 50th Birthday so to get under 50 mins would be fantastic but probably a tall order. I always run for Breakthrough and some of you are kind enough to sponsor me every year.
