London to Cambridge Challenge 2016 · 2 July 2016 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year David's grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

There is currently no cure for Alzheimer's disease, but there is a lot
that can be done to enable someone to live well with the condition. Alzheimer's Society provides information and support, funds medical and social research, and campaigns for better quality of life for people with dementia and greater understanding of the condition. This is why David and I decided we would like to fundraise some money to support Alzheimer's Society.
