Up to a couple of months ago I hadn't been on any real rides apart for around the local park with the kids, so this will indeed be a challenge for me. I'm already in touch with parts of my body I had taken for granted!!

Hoping that all goes well, I have also signed up to the 100k Surrey Air Ambulance ride in September. I know I must be mad.
