I am running this years London Marathon on the 2nd of October in support of CLAPA (the Clift lip & Palate Association). This charity is very close to me and my family, as our youngest son Freddie was born in May last year with a Unilateral Cleft Lip and Palette with Gum involvement.

CLAPA have provided Freddie and our family with invaluable support. Helping to educate and assist us on how to specially support Freddie with his physical and medical needs- right from the initial discovery of his cleft at the 20 week scan.

I aim to raise as much money as possible for CLAPA so they can give the same incredible care and support they gave us to other children born with clefts and their families.
