For the 2nd year running, I am taking part in Ride London, cycling 100 miles through London and Essex

I am looking to raise some money for East Anglian Air Ambulance, a charity that receives no Government Funding, and although we all hope we will never need their services, we will be so glad they exist if we ever do!

I do not have an minimum target to meet, but any donations received will be much appreciated.
