Update

I made it!

I got pipped to the post by a super speedy Ethiopian man and didn't quite win... But I did finish - which, at the 18 mile mark, seemed a very long way off!

Thank you for visiting my page.

I'm running the London Marathon on Sunday and hoping to raise some money for Amnesty International in the process.

If you're not familiar with Amnesty, you can find out a bit more at www.amnesty.org.uk - they do some really important work for human rights around the world.

Anything you feel able to donate would be fantastic.  I've got a ballot place in the marathon, so there's no minimum target and all the money goes straight to Amnesty International.
