As a disabled ex RAF Regiment Gunner, (06/09/77-02/01/81) I have been helped by the RAFA, and I can't thank them enough, I found out that an 90 year old man who was confined to a wheel chair, actually did a wing walk recently, so, if he could, so then I damn well can too, even with my knees. Pip pip Per Ardua.
