There is only 1 day to go before I leave for Kenya on this challenge of a lifetime, I will be cycling 444km across Kenya in a bid to raise as much money as possible for a very worth while cause.

I am participating in the event on behalf of Cardinal Maritime for our charity Transaid, we will be raising sponsorship to provide transport in the form of Ambulances & repair centres. Currently in Kenya the nearest road from the villages is 10miles and the nearest hospital can be as far as 60 miles which when in need of urgent medical treatment which we do not pose to be life threatening this becomes life threatening for the population of Kenya and without transport they are left to suffer.
