Story
I had a rush of blood to the head in January and decided that swimming the English Channel might be a good idea. Told a few people and now can't get out of it....!

The training is the easy bit. It's the putting on weight that's the problem. Been eating like a hungry horse since then but only managed love handles.
It's just me, a boat, budgie smugglers and goose fat. Nice.
