"We don't think anyone in the community should have to face going hungry. That's why we provide three days' nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by the Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK." - Sheffield S6 Foodbank

The S6 Foodbank helps an incredible 700 Sheffield families each week. They are aiming to raise £40,000 which will release a further £40,000 match funding from the government via the 'Love Your Neighbour' Partnership. All monies raising will go directly to buy food for the foodbank.

My challenge is to run 400 kms from 25th October to Christmas Day with the aim of raising £400 towards the Sheffield S6 Foodbank £40k for £40k appeal.
