Myself and my good friend Guy Smith are bulging out of the Lycra and are pounding the streets and training to run the London Marathon so please help encourage us with a small (or massive) donation!  The Martha Trust charity provide lifelong care for people with profound physical and learning disabilities, based in Kent and East Sussex.  The work they do is amazing, they really make a difference to the lives of the people who live there through the care and support they give.
