I'm "sleeping rough" for a night on 30th March to raise funds for the most vulnerable Teessiders including those affected by homelessness.

I'm taking part in the 10th anniversary CEO Sleepout beside the pitch at Boro's Riverside Stadium. This amazing Middlesbrough-based national charity is returning to the Boro - where it held its first event back in 2013.

It'll be cold and definitely uncomfortable, so I won't get much sleep - but it's something I'm happy to do to help others less fortunate.

I'm chuffed to bits that my Tees Business colleagues Martin Walker, Chris Garbutt, Vicky Thomas and Nieve Morrison are also taking part.
