Forever Stars provides and maintains two bereavement suites in Nottingham, a baby loss remembrance garden in Highfields Park and a support centre. The charity supports families throughout their baby loss journey supporting their mental health and well-being.

Story

Our sons Ben and Thomas were stillborn in 2012 and 2017, which naturally triggered deep loss of our future hopes and dreams.  Forever Stars was incredibly supportive to me and my family in so many ways at the times we most needed it.  The bereavement suite at the QMC hospital in Nottingham was funded by the Forever Stars charity. This meant that we were able to spend precious time with Thomas away from the labour ward which meant the world to us.  This local charity does incredible work for families around the East Midlands who have lost their babies.  Thank you for considering sponsoring me, I really really appreciate it.

What is Forever Stars?

Forever Stars was setup following the stillbirth of Emily Daniels on December 19th 2013. Although Emily was stillborn, Michelle and Richard had to go back on to the labour ward where they were surrounded by the sounds of child birth, families celebrating and of course the sound of healthy babies.  Michelle and Richard decided that they would fundraise in the name of their daughter to facilitate the building and equipping of bereavement suites and other support material and facilities of future bereaved parents in and around the East Midlands.
