London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2019 · 15 September 2019 ·
Some people would have opted to drive to Brighton for a day spent eating ice-cream and sitting on the beach ....
Not us!!! We decided to join thousands of others on the 10th anniversary of this epic bike ride from Clapham Common to the Brighton Seafront Pier; supporting Alzheimer's Society with the aim of transforming the landscape of dementia forever.
Many of us have lost loved ones or love people fighting Alzheimer's and dementia right now. Dave lost his mom in June 2016 and knows first hand how debilitating and cruel this disease is.
Until the day a cure is found, Alzheimer's Society creates a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
We are training really hard in order to support Alzheimer's Society for ourselves, for our friends, our families, and most importantly for future generations.
If you are able to spare a few ££'s for this worthwhile cause that would be much appreciated. And in providing us with your support, you will be helping reach even more of the 850,000 people living with dementia in the UK and making a real difference to the lives of those affected.
Thank you in advance ...
