I am running The London Marathon on 22nd April for the National Osteoporosis Society.
My family have seen the devastating effects of Osteoporosis and I have witnessed first hand the pain and life changing effects.
Osteoporosis is a disease characterised by low bone mass and structural deterioration of bone tissue, with a consequent increase in bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture. The National Osteoporosois Society is the only UK wide charity dedicated to ending the pain and suffering caused by osteoporosis. They work to prevent future fractures for people with osteoporosis and to help and support people living with the condition now.
I'm not a scientist and I can't find a cure but what I can do is to run 26.2 miles to raise money for the charity.
I know we all get many requests for our cash so I appreciate you even reading this.
Thank you
