This is a “Dad and Lad” event to help to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and to get a bit fitter (Dave).

We've done some training ….but probably not enough !

Its 54 miles from London to Brighton with quite a few hills……and the dreaded “Ditchling Beacon”…….so this will be a challenge.

Any donations would be gratefully received.
