Story
As I am sure you are aware my Dad, Dave England, after a long and hard battle against leukemia and lymphoma, passed away on the evening of Thursday 16 February. Dad was an incredibly brave man who, despite having to deal with the disease for eight and a half years, never complained about his situation. When I went to see Dad on what turned out to be his last night, Wednesday 15, although he certainly wasn't comfortable, he was quite chatty and displayed his trademark sense of humour. Sadly by that stage the cancer had already infiltrated his liver and kidneys, although we were all shocked by the sudden deterioration he experienced the following day.
I have set up this page as a means for people to contribute to Dad's favourite charity, Leukaemia and Lymphoma research. With the aid of your kind donation we can help to beat this terrible disease.
The space for words is very short so if you wish to make a tribute to Dad you can do so here
Thank you for your kindness.
